It gets oxygen from the blood in the skin. Hair breakage is also caused by tight wigs and caps. Too frequent shampooing is also among causes of hair loss – the hairs begin to come down more often. And don’t believe the labels on conditioners telling you that protein contained in them will nourish your hair and help it grow more quickly. The protein doesn’t get inside the hair shaft, covering its surface. It results in your hair to the touch smoother and thicker, but it doesn’t mean protein nourished your hair from inside.
